Andrew Acklam and Mike Malatesta founded Full Cycle Enterprises, LLC [FCE] in July 2022 after purchasing Sievert Trucking, Inc.
Prior to starting FCE, Drew and Mike had worked together for many years in the environmental industry, helping manufacturers solve complex waste problems. Our companies grew rapidly and were recognized as industry leaders and innovators.
In early 2022, a friend introduced us to Don and Debbie Sievert, and we learned about their desire to sell their 75-year-old family-owned business. As we learned more about the business, its customers, its team, and its potential, we got excited about buying the business and putting all our effort into becoming more and more valuable to each client we have the opportunity to serve.

From our home base in Oak Creek, WI, we specialize in making the highest quality screened and blended topsoil in southeastern Wisconsin. We service customers in Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Washington, Waukesha, Walworth & Ozaukee Counties.
We also source and sell high-quality landscape stone, mulch, shredded bark, peat moss, worm castings, compost, road salt and other specialty products that make your landscape project simple, efficient and, most of all, beautiful.

Our facility is open to everyone. We sell our products in just the quantity you need – from a 50-pound bag to a 24-yard dump truck load.
We also deliver everything we sell right to you – in whatever quantity you want.
At our core, we believe in recycling the earth’s resources. In addition to reclaiming and enhancing the highest quality premium topsoil, FCE also recycles all kinds of landscape and tree debris, logs & stumps, land clearing debris, unpainted wood debris like lumber, pallets, and crates, unpainted drywall scraps, concrete & asphalt, metal, tires, electronics and more (ask us how we can help you).
